Reservations may be made by phone, fax, at our office, or via our website.
We accept cash, check (payable to IDEE TRAVEL SERVICES) or credit card payments. Please include a note referring to the services and dates applicable.
A tour cancellation insurance is highly recommended for all tours in case you, the traveler, must cancel a tour or due to unforeseen events prior to or during the tour. If you do not take out insurance, only a partial refund may be available, based on recoverable funds.
If a traveler cancels after only making a tour deposit, the amount of refund varies according to each tour/service, based on non-refundable payments that may have already been made, including but not limited to airline and show tickets.
No refunds will be made on unused tours, transfers or accommodations upon voluntary cancellation or negligence by the guest, or for missed packages due to airline or other third-party transportation providers' delays or for other occurrences beyond our control.
Your tour guide and driver are dedicated to offering you the best service. Tipping is voluntary and based on customer satisfaction. At restaurants 10% of the total bill is the recommended tip amount. |
